Goes well with beef, pork, chicken, goat, & more!

Suggested Cooking Instructions

You will need:

  • 1 Medium to Large pan with fitted lid

  • 2 Tbsp of your desired cooking oil

  • 1 Large Bell Pepper

  • 1 Medium to Large Onion

  • 1.5 to 2lbs of any meat you desire

Directions:

  • In cold pan - add oil, coarsely chopped bell pepper, and onion.

  • Add meat over the veggies.

  • Pour Gringo Sauce over meat.

  • Cover with lid.

  • Turn to medium heat for 30min. or until it boils.

  • Once it starts to boil, turn down to a good simmer for 1.5 hours.

  • Serve Hot and enjoy!

    Served over rice or with a side of mash potatoes are fan favorites!
