Goes well with beef, pork, chicken, goat, & more!
Suggested Cooking Instructions
You will need:
1 Medium to Large pan with fitted lid
2 Tbsp of your desired cooking oil
1 Large Bell Pepper
1 Medium to Large Onion
1.5 to 2lbs of any meat you desire
Directions:
In cold pan - add oil, coarsely chopped bell pepper, and onion.
Add meat over the veggies.
Pour Gringo Sauce over meat.
Cover with lid.
Turn to medium heat for 30min. or until it boils.
Once it starts to boil, turn down to a good simmer for 1.5 hours.
Serve Hot and enjoy!
Served over rice or with a side of mash potatoes are fan favorites!
